Although quarterbacks don’t take the stage until tomorrow, Ohio State product Dwyane Haskins has already spent time with three franchises.Haskins broke several records in his only season as the full-time starter. The redshirt sophomore finished with 4,831 passing yards, 50 touchdowns and only eight interceptions. As of right now, most projections have the former Buckeye as the best prospect at quarterback. Considering that multiple teams in the draft are searching for their next signal-caller, it wouldn’t be shocking to see him go inside the top five.ESPN insider Josina Anderson went on Twitter to reveal the teams that have shown interest in Haskins. Two teams that have early selections have met with Haskins this week at the combine. The Oakland Raiders and the Jacksonville Jaguars both have concerns at quarterback, which makes him potential suitors.Surprisingly enough, the New Orleans Saints were the third team to spend time with Haskins in Indianapolis. Despite not having a first-round pick in this draft, Sean Payton might think about trading up.Dwayne Haskins says he’s met with the Jaguars, Raiders & the Saints. #NFLCombine— ig: josinaanderson (@JosinaAnderson) March 1, 2019More teams are expected to meet with Haskins this weekend, including the New York Giants. After putting the country on notice this past season in college football, Haskins is on the verge of being the first quarterback off the board in the draft. He’ll have the chance to make a statement on Saturday during the throwing drills at the combine.
